Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the time of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be counted as received the following business day.

 Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, delivery takes approximately 5–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

 

Delays & High Volume Periods

Shipping times may be extended during sale events, major holidays, or high order volume periods. Dia Lux Kollection is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has left our facility.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately if a change is needed — updates can only be made before the order is processed.

 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order shows delivered but hasn't arrived, check with neighbors and household members first. If still missing after 2 business days, contact us. For damaged orders, send photos of the packaging and contents within 48 hours of delivery.
